MoneyCount - Terms of use.

Welcome to MoneyCount! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "App") provided by MoneyCount ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or its content, including but not limited to the accuracy or reliability of the financial information provided by the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the App.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
